New Powdercoat Offering/ Tim’s Custom John Henry

We did a bit of experimenting with our new powdercoater last week:

The frame is raw steel, made superclean with a phosphate treatment. The result is an excellent powdercoat adhesion that still maintains the original patina and bluing from weld and brazing. We decided to go with a sparkle clearcoat to maximize the effect. We will be offering this as an upgraded finish option.

Tim’s custom John Henry features a tubing upgrade, windowed Paragon sliding dropouts, and rack mounts. Pretty!
